Dexter Way is currently under construction on 8.4 acres in the heart of Cordova, TN. The community is located on Dexter Road just east of Appling Road.

This age-qualified community consists of two phases, one to the south of Dexter Road and the other to the north. The south side is the first phase of the community and has 23 single family homes and two townhomes. The north side is phase two and consists of 15 single family homes. The community is gated with a security entrance. Located on the south side is a Gathering House which will provide space for parties and meetings.

The homes of Dexter Way are for sale with fee simple ownership. There is a Home Owners Association with covenants designed to protect the property and home values. A monthly fee paid by the home owners will cover maintenance of all common areas, provide for exterior home maintenance and accrue a reserve for upkeep of the community. QualityLife LLC will serve as the property manager for Dexter Way.

The concept plans for the homes of Dexter Way were designed by Lavelle Walker, a noted architectural designer here in Memphis. The exteriors are designed to give a coordinated feel to the community without the "cookie cutter" approach of many developments. The home plans are first floor-oriented with the master suite and all daily living space located on the ground level.  If desired, a second floor can be added and customized to offer as much space as wanted by the home owner for either storage or additional living areas.

The size of Dexter Way provides for an intimate community which allows the home owners the luxury of knowing all their neighbors. Dexter Way is convenient to shopping, entertainment, restaurants and medical facilities. The community’s location offers quick access to major roads such as Appling Road, Germantown Parkway and I-40.
