Our company started with a desire by our founder, Don Smith, to see increased options for those adults who were looking for new housing by choice rather than because their health was failing. Maybe the choice is for less space or for space arranged differently from the house in which they raised their children; or maybe the choice is for less worry with landscape maintenance; or maybe for a more secure environment. Whatever the reason, QualityLife Communities provide the answer.

Our communities are gated for security and are designed with adults in mind. We provide amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, tennis court and walking trails. A major benefit of our communities is that the residents own their own home, townhome or condominium. Therefore, they retain all benefits of homeownership such as tax breaks and resale value. Our communities do have congregate apartment living options for those who desire to rent.  A monthly fee covers all exterior maintenance, amenities and services.
